Allowing customers easier access to the service through online and offline channels. We’ve developed a friendly fronted brand for customers to enjoy services that aren’t accessible through other laundrettes locally.
Initially starting with their first branch in Bittacy Hill, the owners approached myself to develop the brand further and enhance the customer experience.
Metro Laundrette & Dry Cleaners had approached me 4 years ago to develop the brand and in 2021, during the pandemic, we took the business to a whole new level. The idea was to take the existing brand look and bring a friendly persona for their new branch being opened in Mill Hill Broadway.
I redeveloped everything including the website, marketing material and added an app that is available on both Android & iOS store. Everything shown has been creatively designed to ensure customers have a trusted experience with the brand and wanting to use Metro Laundrette & Dry Cleaners where ever the new locations open up.
