Initially starting with their first branch in Bittacy Hill, the owners approached myself to develop the brand further and enhance the customer experience.
Metro Laundrette & Dry Cleaners had approached me 4 years ago to develop the brand and in 2021, during the pandemic, we took the business to a whole new level. The idea was to take the existing brand look and bring a friendly persona for their new branch being opened in Mill Hill Broadway.
I redeveloped everything including the website, marketing material and added an app that is available on both Android & iOS store. Everything shown has been creatively designed to ensure customers have a trusted experience with the brand and wanting to use Metro Laundrette & Dry Cleaners where ever the new locations open up.
